Fix the read-only plugin to match the configured group/device case-insensitively and avoid a brittle per-node group-id comparison.

Verified through the live OpenClaw runtime: meshcentral_device_status returned PVE3 successfully. Plugin build, static safety tests, and manifest validation pass.
